【摘要】：消化系統(tǒng)腫瘤是最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,其發(fā)生、發(fā)展機制尚不清楚是影響腫瘤治療的重要原因。研究表明RNA在消化系統(tǒng)腫瘤的轉(zhuǎn)錄后調(diào)控機制中發(fā)揮重要的作用,lncRNA、mRNA、假基因轉(zhuǎn)錄物、環(huán)狀RNA等各類RNA分子,僅需相同的miRNA應(yīng)答元件,就可競爭性結(jié)合相同的miRNA調(diào)控靶基因,從而調(diào)節(jié)各自的表達。這些RNA分子互為競爭性內(nèi)源性RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)。該文著重探討ceRNA假說及其在消化系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤中的研究進展,并展望其研究前景。
[Abstract]:Digestive system tumor is one of the most common malignant tumors. It has been shown that RNA plays an important role in the post-transcriptional regulation of digestive system tumors, such as hin cRNA-mRNAs, pseudo gene transcripts, cyclic RNA and other RNA molecules. Only the same miRNA response elements are required to competitively bind to the same miRNA regulatory target genes. Thus regulating their expression. These RNA molecules are competitive endogenous RNA(competing endogenous RNAs. This paper focuses on the research progress of ceRNA hypothesis and its application in malignant tumors of digestive system, and looks forward to its research prospect.
