2000-2016年廣東地區(qū)部分葡萄胎病例臨床病理分析

【摘要】:目的了解近年來廣東地區(qū)葡萄胎的病理類型構成特點。方法對廣東地區(qū)2000-2016年間的432例葡萄胎病例的臨床病理特征進行統(tǒng)計分析,并與2000年以前該地區(qū)葡萄胎病例的基本臨床病理特征進行比較。結果 432例葡萄胎中,部分性葡萄胎占葡萄胎總例數(shù)的75.9%,較2000年之前明顯增多,以21~25歲年齡組的構成比最高;停經(jīng)天數(shù)與90年代相比明顯減少,即早期發(fā)現(xiàn)早期診斷增多;陰道流血仍然是常見的伴隨癥狀;有妊娠史是無妊娠史葡萄胎發(fā)病的15.7倍,經(jīng)產(chǎn)者葡萄胎發(fā)病是0產(chǎn)者的1.4倍,有人流史葡萄胎的發(fā)病是無人流史者的2.8倍,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論 2000年以來至今廣東地區(qū)葡萄胎發(fā)病以部分性葡萄胎為主;確診時間提早,21~25歲年齡段人群居多;既往妊娠經(jīng)歷是廣東葡萄胎發(fā)病的重要危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathological types and characteristics of hydatidiform mole in Guangdong in recent years. Methods the clinicopathological characteristics of 432 cases of hydatidiform mole from 2000 to 2016 in Guangdong province were analyzed and compared with those before 2000. Results among 432 cases of hydatidiform mole, partial hydatidiform mole accounted for 75.9% of the total cases of hydatidiform mole, which was obviously increased than that before 2000, with the highest proportion in the 21 ~ 25 age group, and the number of days of menopause was significantly lower than that in 1990s, that is, the early diagnosis increased. Vaginal bleeding is still a common accompanying symptom, the incidence of hydatidiform mole with history of pregnancy is 15.7 times as high as that without history of pregnancy, the incidence of hydatidiform mole with history of abortion is 1.4 times as high as that with zero delivery, and the incidence of hydatidiform mole with history of abortion is 2.8 times as high as that of those without history of abortion. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion since 2000, the incidence of hydatidiform mole in Guangdong area is mainly partial hydatidiform mole, the early diagnosis time is 21 ~ 25 years old, and the previous pregnancy experience is an important risk factor for the occurrence of hydatidiform mole in Guangdong Province.
