【摘要】：目的探討血清miRNA-210和miRNA-21聯(lián)合檢測(cè)對(duì)非小細(xì)胞肺癌(NSCLC)的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選擇四川省巴中市中心醫(yī)院確診的NSCLC患者48例(NSCLC組),另選擇肺良性病變患者40例、健康體檢者40例作為對(duì)照研究,采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)檢測(cè)血清miRNA-210和miRNA-21水平。結(jié)果 NSCLC患者血清miRNA-210和miRNA-21水平明顯高于肺良性病變和健康體檢者(P0.05);血清miRNA-210在腺癌、T3~4期患者高表達(dá)(P0.05),miRNA-21在腺癌、T3~4期、吸煙患者高表達(dá)(P0.05);血清miRNA-210、miRNA-21診斷NSCLC的受試者工作特征(ROC)曲線(xiàn)下面積(AUC)分別為0.845、0.725,二者聯(lián)合AUC為0.928(P=0.021);COX多因素回歸分析顯示,血清miRNA-210(RR:1.977,95%CI:0.985~3.018,P=0.009)和miRNA-21(RR:1.853,95%CI:0.921~2.776,P=0.018)對(duì)NSCLC患者預(yù)后有一定預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。結(jié)論 miRNA-210和miRNA-21在NSCLC患者血清高表達(dá),二者聯(lián)合檢測(cè)可能對(duì)NSCLC有一定診斷效能,并對(duì)預(yù)后有一定提示作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical value of serum miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 48 patients with NSCLC, 40 patients with benign pulmonary diseases and 40 healthy controls were selected as control group. The serum miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 levels were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR RT-qPCR. Results the levels of serum miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 in patients with NSCLC were significantly higher than those in patients with benign pulmonary diseases and healthy controls (P 0.05), and the high expression of P0.05 miRNA-21 was found in patients with stage T3 ~ (4) adenocarcinoma. The area under the operating characteristic curve of serum miRNA-210 miRNA-21 for diagnosis of NSCLC was 0.845 鹵0.725 respectively. The multivariate regression analysis of AUC combined with AUC showed that serum miRNA-210RRW 1.97795CI0.9853.01818P0. 009) and miRNA-21R: 1.85395CIB) had certain prognostic value for the prognosis of NSCLC patients. Conclusion miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 are highly expressed in the serum of NSCLC patients. The combined detection of miRNA-210 and miRNA-21 may be effective in the diagnosis of NSCLC and may be helpful for prognosis.
