【摘要】：前列腺癌是泌尿外科常見(jiàn)惡性腫瘤,近年來(lái)發(fā)病率逐年上升,嚴(yán)重影響男性的健康,在世界范圍內(nèi)已成為一個(gè)被廣泛關(guān)注的公共健康問(wèn)題。由于前列腺癌細(xì)胞的分化、生長(zhǎng)和增殖依賴(lài)于雄激素的刺激,剝奪前列腺癌細(xì)胞的雄激素的刺激可引起腫瘤細(xì)胞的凋亡,任何去除和抑制雄激素活性的治療都可稱(chēng)為內(nèi)分泌治療,因此內(nèi)分泌治療在前列腺癌的治療中占有重要地位,根據(jù)其治療的持續(xù)時(shí)間可分為間歇內(nèi)分泌治療和持續(xù)內(nèi)分泌治療;本文結(jié)合動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ�、近期相關(guān)臨床研究進(jìn)展和國(guó)內(nèi)外最新指南,對(duì)前列腺癌的間歇及持續(xù)內(nèi)分泌治療的療效及副作用進(jìn)行了比較和分析,并對(duì)間歇內(nèi)分泌治療的研究進(jìn)展作一闡述。
[Abstract]:Prostate cancer is a common malignant tumor in the Department of urology. In recent years, the incidence of the disease has been increasing year by year. It has seriously affected the health of men and has become a widespread public health problem in the world. The growth and proliferation of prostate cancer cells depend on androgen stimulation and deprive the androgen stimulation of prostate cancer cells. It can cause apoptosis of tumor cells. Any treatment for removing and inhibiting androgen activity can be called endocrine therapy. Therefore, endocrine therapy plays an important role in the treatment of prostate cancer. According to the duration of its treatment, it can be divided into intermittent endocrine therapy and continuous endocrine therapy. The progress of clinical research and the latest guidelines at home and abroad are compared and analyzed for the efficacy and side effects of intermittent and continuous endocrine therapy for prostate cancer, and the research progress of intermittent endocrine therapy is described.
