【摘要】：胰腺腫瘤性疾病的診斷一直困擾著臨床醫(yī)生。超聲內(nèi)鏡、CT及MRI等檢查手段均可用于胰腺腫瘤性疾病的診斷,而超聲內(nèi)鏡經(jīng)常被用做二線檢查方法。介入性超聲內(nèi)鏡有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)胰腺微小病灶、評(píng)估瘤體大小及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移情況。用于胰腺腫瘤性疾病時(shí),超聲內(nèi)鏡靈敏度高,簡單易行,具有一些其他檢查所不具有的優(yōu)勢。介入性超聲內(nèi)鏡引導(dǎo)下細(xì)針穿刺活檢更可獲得病理學(xué)依據(jù),從而提高診斷的準(zhǔn)確率,更好地指導(dǎo)臨床治療。隨著胰腺腫瘤性疾病發(fā)病率的不斷升高,超聲內(nèi)鏡將迎來更多的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。本文系統(tǒng)論述了胰腺腫瘤性疾病多種診斷手段的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)劣,特別是超聲內(nèi)鏡在胰腺腫瘤性疾病中的臨床應(yīng)用,以供讀者參考。
[Abstract]:The diagnosis of pancreatic neoplastic diseases has been puzzling clinicians.Ultrasound endoscopy CT and MRI can be used in the diagnosis of pancreatic neoplastic diseases.Interventional ultrasound endoscopy can help to detect small pancreatic lesions and evaluate tumor size and lymph node metastasis.For pancreatic neoplastic diseases, endoscopic ultrasonography has high sensitivity and simplicity, and has some advantages that other examinations do not.The fine needle biopsy guided by interventional ultrasound endoscopy can obtain the pathological basis, thus improve the accuracy of diagnosis and better guide the clinical treatment.With the increasing incidence of pancreatic neoplastic diseases, endoscopic ultrasound will welcome more opportunities for development.This paper systematically discusses the characteristics and advantages of various diagnostic methods for pancreatic neoplastic diseases, especially the clinical application of endoscopic ultrasonography in pancreatic neoplastic diseases for readers' reference.
