【摘要】：為綜合傳統(tǒng)微秒脈沖電場和納秒脈沖電場治療腫瘤的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出一種高頻納秒脈沖串的脈沖形式來治療腫瘤。研究此高頻納秒脈沖串在生物組織中產(chǎn)生的熱效應(yīng),并通過多參數(shù)有限元方法對施加鑷子電極的皮膚黑色素腫瘤的溫度以及熱損傷進(jìn)行仿真。施加的電場強(qiáng)度范圍為1~10k V/cm,脈寬范圍為50~500ns,脈沖串內(nèi)重復(fù)頻率介于100k Hz和1MHz之間,一串脈沖的長度為100μs,脈沖串重復(fù)頻率為1Hz。對于皮膚腫瘤,施加電場強(qiáng)度5k V/cm、脈寬500ns、脈沖串內(nèi)重復(fù)頻率1MHz的脈沖,1s后腫瘤的最高溫度僅為37.4℃,熱損傷可以忽略不計(jì)。對不同電場強(qiáng)度、脈寬、重復(fù)頻率下皮膚黑色素腫瘤的溫度和熱損傷進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,研究腫瘤溫度以及熱損傷與脈沖參數(shù)的關(guān)系,并確定使腫瘤不發(fā)生熱損傷的脈沖參數(shù)范圍。對裸鼠在體黑色素腫瘤的溫度進(jìn)行實(shí)測,腫瘤的溫升結(jié)果與仿真中的平均溫度變化較為一致。
[Abstract]:In order to integrate the advantages of traditional microsecond pulse electric field and nanosecond pulse electric field, a high frequency nanosecond pulse train is proposed to treat tumor.The thermal effect of this high frequency nanosecond pulse train in biological tissue was studied. The temperature and thermal damage of melanoma of skin applied tweezers electrode were simulated by multi-parameter finite element method.The applied electric field is in the range of 1kV / cm, the pulse width is 50kHz / 500ns, the repetition rate is between 100kHz and 1MHz, the length of the pulse is 100 渭 s and the repetition rate of the pulse string is 1Hz.For skin tumors, the maximum temperature of the tumor is only 37.4 鈩，
