【摘要】：目的分析常州市居民2011-2015年惡性腫瘤死亡流行病學(xué)特征,了解其對(duì)居民壽命的影響,為預(yù)防惡性腫瘤提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)2011-2015年常州市居民惡性腫瘤死亡資料進(jìn)行整理分析,計(jì)算惡性腫瘤死亡率、潛在減壽年數(shù)(PYLL)、減壽率(PYLLR)和平均減壽年數(shù)(AYLL)。結(jié)果 5年間常州市惡性腫瘤年均死亡率為217.53/10萬(標(biāo)化死亡率138.02/10萬),占全死因的32.53%,居首位;男性惡性腫瘤死亡率明顯高于女性。在惡性腫瘤的死亡順位中,居前5位的依次為胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、結(jié)直腸肛門癌,占惡性腫瘤死亡總數(shù)的72.89%。年齡組死亡率隨著年齡增長而升高。常州市惡性腫瘤PYLLR為13.11‰,肺癌排在第1位;AYLL為11.03年,白血病排在第1位。分性別比較,男性PYLL、PYLLR遠(yuǎn)大于女性,但AYLL低于女性。結(jié)論惡性腫瘤已成為常州市居民的主要死因,應(yīng)考慮性別、年齡分布特點(diǎn)開展綜合防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of malignant tumor death in Changzhou City from 2011 to 2015, and to understand its influence on life expectancy and provide scientific basis for the prevention of malignant tumor.Methods the data of malignant tumor death in Changzhou from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed, and the mortality of malignant tumor, the number of years of potential life loss, the rate of life reduction and the average number of years of life lost were calculated.Results the average annual mortality rate of malignant tumor in Changzhou was 217.53 / 100 000 (standardized mortality rate was 138.02% / 100 000), which accounted for 32.53% of all causes of death, and the mortality rate of male malignant tumor was significantly higher than that of female.Among the deaths of malignant tumors, the top five were gastric cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer and colorectal anal cancer, accounting for 72.89% of the total deaths of malignant tumors.Age group mortality increases with age.The PYLLR of malignant tumor in Changzhou was 13.11 鈥，
