【摘要】：正1臨床分期宮頸癌是常見的婦科惡性腫瘤之一,發(fā)病率及病死率在發(fā)展中國家居第2位~([1])。宮頸癌治療方案主要依據(jù)國際婦產(chǎn)科聯(lián)盟(FIGO)2009年臨床分期,臨床分期一旦確定便不得更改。對于難以通過盆腔檢查加以判斷的情況,可選擇相應(yīng)的輔助檢查來輔助判斷分期,但不作為主要分期依據(jù)。臨床分期決定治療方案,中華醫(yī)學(xué)會2014年婦科惡性腫瘤診治指南中提出,早期病例以根治性手術(shù)為主,加或不加輔助治療,中晚期病例及腫
[Abstract]:Positive 1 clinical stage cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies. The morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer are the second most common in Chinese household.Cervical cancer treatment is based on the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (IGO) 2009 clinical stage, once the clinical stage can not be changed.For the cases which are difficult to judge by pelvic examination, the corresponding auxiliary examination can be chosen to assist the judgment of stages, but not as the main basis of staging.Clinical stages determine the treatment plan, the Chinese Medical Association in 2014 gynecological malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment guidelines, the early cases of radical surgery, plus or no additional treatment, intermediate and late cases and swelling
