【摘要】：與傳統(tǒng)開放手術(shù)相比,電視輔助胸腔鏡手術(shù)(Video-assisted thoracic surgery,VATS)損傷更小、術(shù)后恢復(fù)更快,得到國內(nèi)外胸外科專家的一致認可,并逐步成為各種胸腔疾病的常規(guī)手術(shù)方式。經(jīng)過不斷地改進和發(fā)展,逐漸演變?yōu)閱慰仔厍荤R手術(shù)(single-port VATS)。這是里程碑式的進步,也是自電視輔助胸腔鏡手術(shù)誕生以來的巨大飛躍。單孔胸腔鏡解剖性肺段切除術(shù)多被應(yīng)用于肺部小結(jié)節(jié)的治療,因其保留了更多的正常肺組織,減少了術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,故被視為更加微創(chuàng)的術(shù)式。本文通過查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻,并結(jié)合自身實踐,從歷史、適應(yīng)癥、術(shù)前準備、手術(shù)方法、優(yōu)缺點、學(xué)習(xí)曲線及未來展望等多方面對單孔胸腔鏡解剖性肺段切除術(shù)進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional open surgery, video-assisted thoracic Surgical surgery (VATSs) has less injury and faster postoperative recovery. It has been unanimously recognized by domestic and foreign thoracic surgeons, and has gradually become the routine operation method for various kinds of thoracic diseases.After continuous improvement and development, it has gradually evolved into a single-port vat surgery.This is a landmark advance and a huge leap since the birth of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Thoracoscopic dissecting segmentectomy is widely used in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules. It is regarded as a more minimally invasive procedure because it preserves more normal lung tissues and reduces postoperative complications.This article reviews the history, indications, preoperative preparation, surgical methods, advantages and disadvantages, learning curves and future prospects of single-hole thoracoscopic dissecting pneumonectomy by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad and combining with its own practice.
