【摘要】：正患者女,36歲。因頸前部結(jié)節(jié)36年于2012年4月19日就診�；颊咦允龀錾痪妙i部出現(xiàn)2個綠豆大皮下結(jié)節(jié),質(zhì)硬,無痛癢感覺。結(jié)節(jié)緩慢增大。因影響美觀,要求切除。否認家族中類似病史。體格檢查:系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。皮膚科檢查:頸部胸鎖乳突肌分布區(qū)中下1/3處分別可見一個鵪鶉蛋(已切除)和蠶豆大的條索狀結(jié)節(jié)(圖1A),質(zhì)地較硬,與周圍組織界限清楚,移動度好,無觸壓痛。完整切除,皮損組織病理檢查:表皮正常,真
[Abstract]:The patient was 36 years old.The patient was admitted to the hospital on April 19, 2012 for 36 years due to anterior cervical nodule.The patient reported that two large subcutaneous nodules of mung bean appeared in the neck shortly after birth, hard and painless.The nodules grew slowly.Because of influence beautiful, request excision.Denied a similar medical history in the family.Physical examination: no abnormalities were found in the system.Dermatology examination: a quail egg (resected) and a large stripe nodule of broad bean (Fig. 1A) were found in the middle and lower third of the distribution area of sternocleidomastoid muscle in the neck (Fig. 1A, with a hard texture, clear boundary with the surrounding tissue, good mobility and no tenderness).Complete excision, histopathological examination of lesions: normal epidermis, true
