【摘要】：細(xì)胞納米結(jié)構(gòu)的探測(cè)對(duì)癌癥的早期診斷以及篩查具有非常重要的意義�？沼虻拖喔上辔伙@微鏡可以探測(cè)細(xì)胞的納米結(jié)構(gòu)獲取系統(tǒng)參數(shù),但是顯微鏡的系統(tǒng)參數(shù)和細(xì)胞納米結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間存在著復(fù)雜的非線性相關(guān)關(guān)系,需要研究方法加以定量分析。因此,基于一維高斯場(chǎng)模型加一維多層介質(zhì)模型模擬空域低相干相位顯微鏡的背散射光譜,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明模型預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與實(shí)際測(cè)量結(jié)果基本一致。對(duì)已知納米結(jié)構(gòu)的組織切片光譜建模,通過統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)與細(xì)胞納米結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的相關(guān)關(guān)系,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)確實(shí)能反映細(xì)胞納米結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化,并量化了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的反映水平。研究成果為基于空域低相干相位顯微鏡的癌癥早期診斷提供了新的理論基礎(chǔ)和方法依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The detection of cell nanostructures is very important for early diagnosis and screening of cancer.Low coherence phase microscope in spatial domain can detect the system parameters of cell nanostructures, but there is a complex nonlinear correlation between the system parameters of microscope and the parameters of cell nanostructures, which needs to be analyzed quantitatively.Therefore, the backscattering spectra of spatial low coherent phase microscope are simulated based on one dimensional Gao Si field model and one dimensional multilayer medium model. The experimental results show that the predicted results are in good agreement with the actual measurement results.The relationship between the system parameters and the cell nanostructure parameters is analyzed by statistical method. The results show that the system parameters can reflect the changes of the cell nanostructure parameters.The reflection level of system parameters is quantified.The results provide a new theoretical and methodological basis for the early diagnosis of cancer based on spatial low coherent phase microscopy.
