子宮內(nèi)膜癌標(biāo)志物表達(dá)及其臨床意義研究

【摘要】:目的探討p53、磷酸酶與張力蛋白同源物(PTEN)、p16、人類表皮生長(zhǎng)因子受體-2(HER-2)、Ki67的表達(dá)及其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌發(fā)生發(fā)展的相關(guān)性。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)上海市普陀區(qū)婦嬰保健院病理科2009月1年至2015年12月確診的50例正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織、20例不典型增生子宮內(nèi)膜組織及75例子宮內(nèi)膜癌中p53、PTEN、p16、HER-2及Ki67的表達(dá),并對(duì)不同子宮內(nèi)膜組織的表達(dá)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 p53、PTEN、p16、HER-2和Ki67在正常子宮內(nèi)膜和子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達(dá)差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),在不典型增生子宮內(nèi)膜中HER-2和Ki67表達(dá)顯著高于正常子宮內(nèi)膜(P0.05),子宮內(nèi)膜癌與不典型增生子宮內(nèi)膜中PTEN、Ki67的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型子宮內(nèi)膜癌之間p53、PTEN、p16、HER-2表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Ki67在Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型子宮內(nèi)膜癌間表達(dá)相近(P0.05)。p53在子宮內(nèi)膜癌的表達(dá)率與腫瘤的分化程度、浸潤(rùn)深度、脈管情況及臨床分期密切相關(guān)(P0.05),而PTEN、p16、HER-2和Ki67的表達(dá)與這些臨床病理特征無關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 p53、PTEN、p16、HER-2和Ki67蛋白的表達(dá)與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān),在實(shí)際臨床工作中可用于子宮內(nèi)膜病變的病理診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of p53, phosphatase and tension protein congener PTENP16, human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF) -2HER-2HER-2Aki67 and their relationship with the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the occurrence and development of women and infants in Putuo District, Shanghai. From 2001 to 2015, 50 cases of normal endometrial tissues and 75 cases of endometrial carcinoma with atypical hyperplasia were confirmed by Department of Pathology of Health Hospital. The expression of p53 PTENN, p16, HER-2 and Ki67 were detected. Results there were significant differences in the expression of p53 PTENN, p16, HER-2 and Ki67 in normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma. The expressions of HER-2 and Ki67 in atypical hyperplasia endometrium were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma.
