【摘要】：腫瘤患者血液中的循環(huán)腫瘤DNA(circulating tumor DNA,ctDNA)攜帶著腫瘤的遺傳信息。通過(guò)檢測(cè)ctDNA,可以無(wú)創(chuàng)、實(shí)時(shí)地了解腫瘤的變化情況。研究已證明,卵巢癌在其發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在多種基因的突變和表觀遺傳學(xué)的改變,而ctDNA可及時(shí)反映出這些異常。因此,ctDNA有望在卵巢癌的早期診斷與篩查、療效監(jiān)測(cè)、預(yù)后評(píng)估及耐藥中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,為卵巢癌患者的診療帶來(lái)新的曙光。
[Abstract]:The circulating tumor DNA(circulating tumor DNA in the blood of the tumor patient carries genetic information of the tumor. By detecting the ctDNA, we can understand the changes of the tumor in a noninvasive and real-time manner. There are many mutations in genes and epigenetic changes in the development of ovarian cancer, and ctDNA can reflect these abnormalities in time. Prognostic evaluation and drug resistance are widely used, which brings new dawn for diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
