【摘要】：目的對(duì)比分析3D和2D腹腔鏡胃癌根治術(shù)的臨床療效。方法回顧性分析2015年11月至2016年11月解放軍總醫(yī)院普通外科同一手術(shù)組實(shí)施腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療的156例胃癌病人臨床資料,其中行3D腹腔鏡胃癌根治術(shù)70例(3D組),2D腹腔鏡胃癌根治術(shù)86例(2D組),比較兩組病人術(shù)中及術(shù)后相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果與2D組相比,3D組病人手術(shù)時(shí)間更短[(232.9±95.8)min vs.(202.4±89.7)min,P=0.044],術(shù)中出血更少[(152.8±41.0)m L vs.(138.9±42.0)m L,P=0.039]。在淋巴結(jié)清掃數(shù)、陽(yáng)性淋巴結(jié)數(shù)、術(shù)后排氣時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、住院費(fèi)用、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及嚴(yán)重程度方面,組間差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 3D腹腔鏡胃癌根治術(shù)能獲得與2D腹腔鏡手術(shù)相近的臨床短期療效,同時(shí)縮短了手術(shù)時(shí)間和減少了術(shù)中出血。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical results of 3D and 2D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods from November 2015 to November 2016, the clinical data of 156 patients with gastric cancer treated by laparoscopic surgery in the same operation group in General surgery Department of PLA General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 70 cases underwent 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and 86 cases underwent 2D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in 3D group. The operative and postoperative parameters were compared between the two groups. Results compared with 2D group, the operative time of 3D group was shorter [232.9 鹵95.8min vs.(202.4 鹵89.7min P0. 044], and the bleeding was more severe during operation. The number of lymph node dissection was 152.8 鹵41.0mL vs.(138.9 鹵42.0mL P0. 039. The number of positive lymph nodes, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, incidence of postoperative complications and severity, Conclusion 3D laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer is similar to that of 2D laparoscopic surgery, and it can shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative bleeding.
