【摘要】：目的:加強對皮膚混合瘤(MTS)的認識,提高臨床診斷準確率。方法:報告2例男性皮膚混合瘤患者的臨床及組織病理學特點,回顧近年來有關皮膚混合瘤的文獻資料。結果:2例患者均經(jīng)組織病理及免疫組化檢查確診為皮膚混合瘤,最終行Mohs手術治療。結論:皮膚混合瘤較少見,臨床表現(xiàn)無特征性且易被誤診,確診需結合組織病理學檢查。該病一般呈良性表現(xiàn),最佳治療方法是行Mohs手術完整切除,可有效防止復發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to strengthen the understanding of mixed skin tumor (MTS) and to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. Methods: the clinical and histopathological features of 2 cases of male mixed skin tumor were reported. Results two cases of mixed skin tumors were confirmed by histopathological and immunohistochemical examination and treated with Mohs. Conclusion: mixed skin tumors are rare. The clinical manifestation is noncharacteristic and easy to be misdiagnosed. The diagnosis should be combined with histopathological examination. The best treatment is complete resection of Mohs operation, which can effectively prevent recurrence.
