【摘要】：目的觀察并分析抗乙肝病毒治療對乙肝病毒(HBV)相關(guān)性肝癌肝動(dòng)脈化療栓塞術(shù)(TACE)后腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移和免疫功能的影響,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取醫(yī)院2014年3月-2015年6月應(yīng)用TACE術(shù)后接受抗病毒治療的70例患者為抗病毒組,將TACE術(shù)后未接受抗病毒治療的76例患者為對照組,比較兩組患者臨床指標(biāo),同時(shí)隨訪12個(gè)月以上,比較兩組患者近期療效和腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移情況。結(jié)果與治療前比較,治療后抗病毒組CD_3~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+、NK顯著上升,治療后抗病毒組CD_3~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+、NK顯著高于對照組(P0.05);抗病毒組臨床治療總有效率為68.57%顯著高于對照組51.32%,復(fù)發(fā)率為48.57%顯著低于對照組67.11%(P0.05)。結(jié)論抗乙肝病毒治療能夠有效防止乙肝病毒被激活,對于改善HBV相關(guān)性肝癌預(yù)后具有促進(jìn)效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the effect of anti-HBV therapy on tumor recurrence, metastasis and immune function after TACE-associated hepatic artery chemoembolization (TACEE) for hepatocellular carcinoma associated with hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods from March 2014 to June 2015, 70 patients who received antiviral therapy after TACE were selected as antiviral group and 76 patients who were not treated with antiviral therapy after TACE as control group. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared and followed up for more than 12 months. The short-term curative effect and tumor recurrence and metastasis were compared between the two groups. Results compared with those before treatment, CD3 ~ + CD4 ~ / CD8 ~ NK increased significantly in the antiviral group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the antiviral group was 68.57% significantly higher than that in the control group (51.32%), and the recurrence rate was 48.57% significantly lower than that in the control group (67.11% P 0.05). Conclusion Anti-hepatitis B virus therapy can effectively prevent the activation of hepatitis B virus, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the antiviral group is significantly higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate is significantly lower than that in the control group. It can improve the prognosis of HBV associated liver cancer.
