【摘要】：癌癥嚴(yán)重威脅人類健康,是當(dāng)前最引人關(guān)注的疾病領(lǐng)域。腫瘤免疫治療在癌癥治療中具有獨特優(yōu)勢,受到越來越多研究機構(gòu)和制藥企業(yè)的青睞,近年來呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展的趨勢。由于免疫系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性,腫瘤免疫治療涵蓋了多種作用機制和藥物形式,發(fā)展情況各不相同。本文通過調(diào)研大量文獻和數(shù)據(jù)庫信息,對國內(nèi)外處在臨床試驗階段和已經(jīng)上市的腫瘤免疫藥物進行了梳理,對其發(fā)展階段、作用機制、研發(fā)機構(gòu)等情況進行分析,旨在闡述腫瘤免疫藥物開發(fā)的總體趨勢和方向,為抗腫瘤藥物研發(fā)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Cancer is a serious threat to human health and is currently the most interesting disease field. Tumor immunotherapy has unique advantages in cancer treatment and has been favored by more and more research institutions and pharmaceutical companies. Due to the complexity of immune system, tumor immunotherapy covers a variety of mechanisms and drug forms. In this paper, the domestic and foreign tumor immunopharmaceuticals in the clinical trial stage and on the market are combed out, and their development stage, action mechanism, research and development institutions are analyzed in order to expound the general trend and direction of the development of tumor immunopharmaceuticals. To provide reference for the development of anti-tumor drugs.
