【摘要】：目的:探索Sprouty2(SPRY2)在胃癌及癌旁組織中的表達(dá)情況,分析其表達(dá)水平與臨床病理因素及患者預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)的方法檢測了 121例胃腺癌標(biāo)本中Sprouty2的表達(dá)。通過卡方檢驗評估了 SPRY2表達(dá)與臨床病理因素的相關(guān)性,并通過Kaplan-Merier法計算了 SPRY2與總體生存率的關(guān)系,即SPRY2的預(yù)后意義。通過實時定量PCR的方法,我們檢測了 11對腫瘤組織和癌旁正常組織中SPRY2的mRNA水平并加以比較。結(jié)果:SPRY2在121例胃癌組織較低表達(dá)80例,較高表達(dá)41例,胃癌組織SPRY2表達(dá)水平較癌旁組織表達(dá)量顯著降低。通過卡方檢驗證明SPRY2的表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P0.001)和TNM分期明顯相關(guān)(P=0.004)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析證明SPRY2低表達(dá)組與高表達(dá)組的病人存在顯著的總體生存率的差異。SPRY2可以作為胃腺癌的一個預(yù)后標(biāo)記物。結(jié)論:SPRY2高表達(dá)與胃癌病人不良預(yù)后明顯相關(guān),可作為胃癌預(yù)后的評價指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of Sprouty2 (SPRY2) in gastric carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. To analyze the correlation between expression level and clinicopathological factors and prognosis. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Sprouty2 in 121 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma. The expression of SPRY2 was evaluated by chi-square test. Correlation of pathological factors in bed, The relationship between SPRY2 and overall survival rate was calculated by Kaplan-Merier method, that is, the prognostic significance of SPRY2. The levels of SPRY2 mRNA in 11 pairs of tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected and compared. Results the expression of SPRY2 in 121 cases of gastric cancer was lower in 80 cases and higher in 41 cases. The expression level of SPRY2 in gastric cancer was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues. Chi-square test showed that the expression of SPRY2 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis (P0.001) and TNM staging. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the patients with low SPRY2 expression and high expression had a positive correlation with P0.004. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. SPRY2 may be used as a prognostic marker in gastric adenocarcinoma. Conclusion the high expression of SPRY2 is associated with the poor prognosis of gastric cancer patients. It can be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis of gastric cancer.
