【摘要】：卵巢癌是女性生殖系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤病死率最高的疾病,多藥耐藥現(xiàn)象在卵巢癌治療中普遍存在,嚴(yán)重影響治療效果及卵巢癌患者的生存率。基因測序技術(shù)及生物信息學(xué)的迅猛發(fā)展使精確尋找癌癥發(fā)生發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵靶點成為可能,分子進(jìn)化理論研究為此提供了重要的理論及技術(shù)支持。卵巢癌患者及耐藥相關(guān)突變基因包括P53基因、BRCA1/BRCA2基因等等。分子進(jìn)化理論可在確定導(dǎo)致癌癥發(fā)生或耐藥的關(guān)鍵突變位點方面提供新思路,該理論有助于從新的方向闡釋癌細(xì)胞耐藥的相關(guān)機(jī)制,從而更有針對性地提出治療的有效措施。
[Abstract]:Ovarian cancer is the disease with the highest mortality of malignant tumors of the female reproductive system. Multidrug resistance (MDR) is common in the treatment of ovarian cancer. The rapid development of gene sequencing and bioinformatics has made it possible to pinpoint key targets for the development of cancer. Molecular evolution theory provides important theoretical and technical support for this. Ovarian cancer patients and drug-resistance-related mutation genes include p53 gene BRCA1 / BRCA2 gene, etc. Molecular evolution theory can be used to determine whether cancer occurs or is resistant to drugs. New ideas on bond mutation sites, This theory is helpful to elucidate the mechanism of drug resistance of cancer cells in a new direction, so as to put forward more effective treatment measures.
