【摘要】：目的:探討"老十針"防治乳腺癌患者發(fā)生化療相關(guān)惡心嘔吐的臨床療效。方法:本研究通過前瞻性隨機(jī)對(duì)照的研究方法,收集自2014年9月-2016年2月期間確診乳腺癌且既往化療期間出現(xiàn)惡心嘔吐的患者共64例,隨機(jī)分為治療(A)組32例("老十針"+基礎(chǔ)藥物治療)和對(duì)照(B)組32例(假穴淺刺+基礎(chǔ)藥物治療),評(píng)價(jià)其惡心嘔吐程度、中醫(yī)臨床癥狀及焦慮抑郁狀態(tài)改善程度。結(jié)果:A組化療期間惡心嘔吐程度逐漸下降,化療第1天和第3天緩解程度均優(yōu)于B組(P0.05);兩組患者均出現(xiàn)不同程度的食少納呆、體倦乏力、食后腹脹癥狀,A組食少納呆、體倦乏力癥狀評(píng)分第3天時(shí)較B組低(P0.05);A組焦慮及抑郁評(píng)分均逐漸下降,化療第1天及化療第3天焦慮及抑郁評(píng)分均比B組低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:"老十針"可減輕乳腺癌患者惡心嘔吐程度,改善食少納呆、體倦乏力癥狀,從而減輕患者焦慮抑郁評(píng)分,為中醫(yī)"治未病"提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of "Lao Shi Needle" in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-associated nausea and vomiting in patients with breast cancer. A total of 64 patients with breast cancer diagnosed from September 2014 to February 2016 and nausea and vomiting during previous chemotherapy were collected. They were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32), group A (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). Results the degree of nausea and vomiting in group A decreased gradually during chemotherapy, the remission on the first and third day of chemotherapy was better than that in group B (P 0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in group A were lower than those in group B on the 3rd day, and the scores of anxiety and depression in group A were lower than those in group B on the 3rd day. The scores of anxiety and depression on the first day of chemotherapy and on the third day of chemotherapy were all lower than those of group B. conclusion: "Lao Ten Needle" can reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting of breast cancer patients, improve the symptoms of appetite, fatigue and fatigue, so as to alleviate the anxiety and depression score of patients with breast cancer. To provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of the disease.
