【摘要】：正于吉人(浙江大學醫(yī)學院附屬第一醫(yī)院胃腸外科)十二指腸殘端處理是胃癌根治手術(shù)的關(guān)鍵步驟之一,處置不當極易導致發(fā)生十二指腸殘端漏、出血等并發(fā)癥,輕則增加病人痛苦、延長住院時間、增加住院費用、延誤病人全身化療及其他后續(xù)治療時機,重則導致病人死亡。筆者認為,恰當?shù)臍埗思庸炭p合技術(shù)是減少甚至避免十二指腸殘段并發(fā)癥發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。筆者單位在胃癌根治手術(shù)中常規(guī)行十二指腸殘端的加固縫合,達到了有效避免十二指
[Abstract]:Duodenal stump management is one of the key steps in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Improper management of duodenal stump can easily lead to duodenal stump leakage, bleeding and other complications. The light increases the patient's suffering, prolongs the length of stay in hospital, increases the cost of hospitalization, delays the patient's opportunity for systemic chemotherapy and other follow-up treatment, and results in the death of the patient. Proper stump reinforcement and suture technique is the key link to reduce or even avoid the complications of duodenal remnant. The authors routinely performed the stapling suture of duodenal stump in radical gastric cancer operation, which can effectively avoid 12 fingers of duodenal stump.
