【摘要】：從腫瘤免疫概念的提出到腫瘤免疫治療的臨床應(yīng)用,經(jīng)歷了近百年的積累與沉淀,腫瘤免疫治療終于從輔助性腫瘤治療方式發(fā)展為目前公認(rèn)的最有潛力治愈惡性腫瘤的手段。自2011年開始,多種免疫檢測點(diǎn)阻斷劑和靶向性免疫細(xì)胞藥物在多種惡性腫瘤治療中取得了良好的臨床療效,極大地推動(dòng)了腫瘤免疫治療的臨床前研究和臨床應(yīng)用。筆者通過對(duì)世界以及中國的腫瘤免疫治療現(xiàn)狀分析,簡要論述了腫瘤免疫治療發(fā)展趨勢、面對(duì)的問題和相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:From the concept of tumor immunity to the clinical application of tumor immunotherapy, it has been accumulated and precipitated for nearly 100 years. Tumor immunotherapy has evolved from adjuvant tumor therapy to the most promising method for cancer treatment since 2011. A variety of immunoassay site blockers and targeted immunocytic drugs have achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of various malignant tumors. Through the analysis of the present situation of tumor immunotherapy in the world and China, this paper briefly discusses the development trend, problems and corresponding countermeasures of tumor immunotherapy.
