【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)觀察人三陰型乳腺癌在裸鼠模型中血管正�；髮�(duì)紫杉醇的反應(yīng),探討其療效是否優(yōu)于紫杉醇.方法:將人三陰型乳腺癌MDA-MB-231細(xì)胞株種植于BALB/c-nu雌裸鼠右下腹部皮下,隨機(jī)將符合入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的28只移植瘤荷鼠分成4組,每組7只,A組,每天每次腹腔內(nèi)注射生理鹽水(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10 mg/kg),連續(xù)17 d;B組,每天每次腹腔注射恩度(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10 mg/kg),連續(xù)17 d;C組,第6、12天腹腔注射紫杉醇(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10 mg/kg),余同A組;D組,第6、12天腹腔注射紫杉醇(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)10 mg/kg),余同B組.測(cè)量移植瘤的長(zhǎng)徑和短徑,進(jìn)行病理學(xué)檢測(cè).結(jié)果:D組移植瘤體積小于A組、B組(P0.05),C組移植瘤體積小于A組及B組(P0.05),D組和C組移植瘤體積無(wú)差別(P=0.436).B組、C組、D組的抑瘤率分別是14.61%、39.08%、54.79%.解剖各組荷鼠未見(jiàn)遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移病灶.病理檢查微血管密度,D組C組=B組A組.Ki67,D組與C組A組與B組,D組與C組無(wú)差別(P=0.649).結(jié)論:使用恩度后在時(shí)間窗內(nèi)聯(lián)合紫杉醇有明顯抑瘤作用,但療效未優(yōu)于紫杉醇.
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the response of human three-negative breast cancer to paclitaxel after vascular normalization in nude mice. Methods: human three-negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cell line was implanted into the right lower abdomen of BALB/c-nu female nude mice. Twenty-eight transplanted tumor grafts were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 7 in each group). Normal saline was injected intraperitoneally every day (10 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1)) in group B for 17 days. Every day (10 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1)) intraperitoneal injection of paclitaxel (10 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1)) (mass fraction 10 mg 路kg ~ (-1)) was performed in group C for 17 days, and paclitaxel (10 mg / kg) was injected intraperitoneally on the 6th day. Paclitaxel (mass fraction 10 mg / kg) was injected intraperitoneally on day 6, 12. The long and short diameters of transplanted tumors were measured. Results the volume of transplanted tumor in group D was smaller than that in group A and group B (P 0.05). There was no difference in the volume of transplanted tumor between group D and group C. The tumor inhibition rate of group C was 14.6139.085.The tumor suppression rate of group C was 14.619.085.The tumor volume of group B was less than that of group A and group B. The tumor volume of group C was less than that of group A and group B, and the volume of group C was less than that of group C. The tumor suppression rate of group C was 14.6139.08 and that of group C was 54.79, respectively. No distant metastases were found. Pathological examination of microvessel density in group C, group B, group A, group B, group C, group A, group B, group A, group B, group A, group B, group A, group B, group A, group B, group A, group B, group A, group B, group C, group A, group D, group C, no difference between P0. 649 and group C. conclusion: the combination of paclitaxel in time window has a significant effect on tumor inhibition. But the curative effect was not better than paclitaxel.
