【摘要】：NK細(xì)胞作為固有免疫細(xì)胞,它的激活無MHC限制也不需預(yù)先致敏,其在腫瘤免疫治療中的作用受到越來越多的關(guān)注。然而,在腫瘤發(fā)生過程中,腫瘤細(xì)胞依然可以逃避NK細(xì)胞的殺傷,相關(guān)機(jī)制也各有報(bào)道。為了解決此問題,近年來,在增強(qiáng)NK細(xì)胞抗腫瘤活性和提高NK細(xì)胞特異性殺傷腫瘤方面取得了令人矚目的研究成果。這提示NK細(xì)胞在腫瘤免疫治療中具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文主要對(duì)抗體介導(dǎo)的NK細(xì)胞、與受者殺傷細(xì)胞KIR不匹配的同種異體NK細(xì)胞、嵌合抗原受體介導(dǎo)的NK細(xì)胞和免疫檢查點(diǎn)抑制劑聯(lián)合NK細(xì)胞對(duì)腫瘤細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞毒活性進(jìn)行歸納與總結(jié),以期為后續(xù)腫瘤免疫治療相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)和臨床應(yīng)用研究提供較為清晰的思路和參考。
[Abstract]:As innate immune cells, NK cells are activated without MHC restriction and need not be sensitized in advance. The role of NK cells in tumor immunotherapy has attracted more and more attention. However, in the process of tumorigenesis, NK cells have attracted more and more attention. Tumor cells can still escape the killing of NK cells, and the related mechanisms have been reported. In order to solve this problem, in recent years, Great achievements have been made in enhancing the anti-tumor activity of NK cells and enhancing the specific cytotoxicity of NK cells, which indicates that NK cells have a broad application prospect in tumor immunotherapy. The cytotoxic activity of allogeneic NK cells, chimeric antigen receptor-mediated NK cells and immunocheckpoint inhibitors combined with NK cells against tumor cells was summarized and summarized. In order to provide a clear idea and reference for the follow-up tumor immunotherapy related basic and clinical application research.
