【摘要】：正現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)治療腫瘤以"瘤"為本的模式發(fā)展迅速。從上世紀(jì)70年代以后,隨著腫瘤細(xì)胞學(xué)研究的快速發(fā)展,逐漸形成了以腫瘤細(xì)胞自身增殖代謝干預(yù)為核心,以手術(shù)、放射療法、化學(xué)治療等為支柱的治療體系,治療時(shí)主張盡可能地殺滅腫瘤細(xì)胞,但已經(jīng)遇到療效提高的瓶頸。目前,隨著社會(huì)—心理—醫(yī)學(xué)模式的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代臨床腫瘤學(xué)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)一種趨勢,在減輕腫瘤負(fù)荷的同時(shí),越來越注重患者機(jī)體功能的保護(hù),維護(hù)患者的生活
[Abstract]:Since -30s, with the rapid development of tumor cytology research, the tumor cell self-proliferation and metabolism intervention has gradually become the core and the operation is the core. Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc., as the mainstay of treatment, advocates to kill tumor cells as much as possible, but has met with the bottleneck of improving the efficacy. At present, with the development of social-psycho-medical model, The development of modern clinical oncology presents a trend. While reducing tumor load, more and more attention is paid to the protection of patients' body function and the maintenance of patients' life.
