【摘要】：目的:探討胃癌組織中EphA2與VEGF-C的表達(dá)及臨床意義。方法:用免疫組化法檢測(cè)82例胃癌組織及其癌旁組織中EphA2與VEGF-C蛋白的表達(dá),以及淋巴管密度(LVD);用real-timePCR檢測(cè)20例胃癌組織及其癌旁組織中EphA2與VEGF-Cm RNA的表達(dá)。分析EphA2與VEGF-C表達(dá)與患者臨床病理特點(diǎn)及淋巴管生成的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:EphA2與VEGF-C在胃癌組織中的陽性表達(dá)率均明顯高于癌旁正常組織(65.8%vs.42.6%;71.9%vs.39.0%,均P0.05)。EphA2與VEGF-C的高表達(dá)與腫瘤浸潤(rùn)深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期有關(guān)(均P0.001)。EphA2蛋白與VEGF-C蛋白高表達(dá)的胃癌組織中LVD計(jì)數(shù)分別明顯高于兩者低表達(dá)胃癌組織(15.25±5.41vs.10.95±5.41,P=0.001;14.87±5.71vs.11.00±5.01,P=0.006)。胃癌組織中EphA2與VEGF-C蛋白以及m RNA表達(dá)均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.375,P=0.001;r=0.559,P=0.01)。結(jié)論:EphA2與VEGF-C在胃癌組織中均呈高表達(dá),且可能共同促進(jìn)淋巴管生成與胃癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of EphA2 and VEGF-C in gastric carcinoma. Methods: the expression of EphA2 and VEGF-C in 82 cases of gastric cancer and its adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. Real-timePCR was used to detect the expression of EphA2 and VEGF-Cm RNA in 20 cases of gastric carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. The relationship between the expression of EphA2 and VEGF-C and clinicopathological features and lymphangiogenesis was analyzed. The positive expression rates of EphA2 and VEGF-C were significantly higher than those of normal tissues (65.8vs.42.6) and 71.9vs.39.0.The expression of EphA2 and VEGF-C and the depth of tumor invasion were all significantly higher than those in the adjacent normal tissues. The number of LVD in gastric cancer tissues with high expression of P0.001, EphA2 protein and VEGF-C protein was significantly higher than that in low expression gastric cancer tissues (15.25 鹵5.41vs.10.95 鹵5.41vs.0.001 鹵5.71vs.11.00 鹵5.01vs.11.00 鹵5.01P0.006.There was a positive correlation between the expression of EphA2 and VEGF-C protein and the expression of m RNA in gastric cancer tissues. On the high expression of VEGF-C and EphA2 in gastric carcinoma, And it may promote lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
