【摘要】：目的分析鈣化性腱膜纖維瘤(CAF)的聲像圖表現(xiàn),探討超聲對(duì)該疾病的診斷價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析8例CAF超聲表現(xiàn),總結(jié)其病灶的部位、大小、形態(tài)、邊界、內(nèi)部回聲、血流情況及其毗鄰關(guān)系。結(jié)果 CAF患者8例,男5例,女3例,平均年齡8歲。腫瘤均位于四肢遠(yuǎn)端關(guān)節(jié)或鄰近關(guān)節(jié)的軟組織內(nèi),其中指間關(guān)節(jié)3例,跖趾關(guān)節(jié)2例,腕關(guān)節(jié)1例,小魚(yú)際近腕關(guān)節(jié)1例,掌骨遠(yuǎn)端1例。超聲表現(xiàn)為形態(tài)不規(guī)則、邊界欠清(或)不清、內(nèi)部呈不均勻?qū)嵭缘突芈?其中7例病灶內(nèi)可見(jiàn)散在點(diǎn)狀鈣化(87.5%);彩色多普勒提示5例病灶內(nèi)可見(jiàn)少量血流信號(hào),3例未見(jiàn)明顯血流信號(hào)。7例腫物與肌腱關(guān)系密切。結(jié)論鈣化性腱膜纖維瘤的超聲表現(xiàn)有一定特異度,結(jié)合發(fā)病部位及年齡有助于提高對(duì)該疾病診斷的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the sonographic features of calcified aponeurofibroma (CAF) and to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the disease. Methods the ultrasonographic findings of 8 cases of CAF were retrospectively analyzed, and the location, size, shape, boundary and internal echo of the lesions were summarized. Results there were 8 patients with CAF, 5 males and 3 females, with an average age of 8 years. The tumors were located in the soft tissue of distal joints or adjacent joints of the extremities, including 3 cases of interphalangeal joints and 2 cases of metatarsophalangeal joints. Wrist joint in 1 case, hypothenar joint in 1 case, distal metacarpal bone in 1 case. In 7 cases, scattered calcification was found in 87.5% of the lesions, and color Doppler imaging showed that a small amount of blood flow signal could be seen in 5 cases. Conclusion there is a close relationship between the tumor and tendon in 7 cases. Conclusion the ultrastructure of calcified aponeurofibroma can be seen in 3 cases. The sound expression has a certain specificity, Combination of location and age is helpful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of the disease.
