【摘要】：目的:探討局部腫脹麻醉技術(shù)在乳腺多發(fā)實(shí)性腫塊Mammotome微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)中的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法:隨機(jī)選擇2010年6月—2012年7月98例施行乳腺多發(fā)實(shí)性腫塊Mammotome微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)患者,其中49例行傳統(tǒng)局部浸潤(rùn)麻醉(對(duì)照組),另49例行局部腫脹麻醉(觀察組);對(duì)比兩組患者的主要臨床指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:兩組患者在年齡、腫塊直徑及腫塊個(gè)數(shù)上的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。與對(duì)照組比較,觀察組平均麻醉實(shí)施時(shí)間縮短(16.10 min vs.31.41 min)、手術(shù)時(shí)間減少(39.47 min vs.62.53 min)、麻醉劑降低(0.20 mg vs.0.31 mg)、麻醉效果良好率增高(96%vs.82%)、麻醉不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低(0%vs.12%)、手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低(4%vs.18%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:在乳腺多發(fā)實(shí)性腫塊Mammotome微創(chuàng)旋切術(shù)中應(yīng)用局部腫脹麻醉技術(shù)安全有效,臨床效果顯著,值得推薦使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of local swelling anesthesia in minimally invasive Mammotome excision of multiple solid masses of breast. Methods: 98 patients with multiple solid masses of breast underwent Mammotome minimally invasive excision from June 2010 to July 2012. Among them, 49 cases were treated with traditional local infiltration anesthesia (control group) and 49 cases with local swelling anesthesia (observation group). There was no significant difference in the diameter and the number of masses between the two groups (P 0.05). In the observation group, the average duration of anaesthesia was shortened by 16.10 min vs.31.41, the operative time was reduced by 39.47 min vs.62.53, the anesthetic was decreased by 0.20 mg vs.0.31 MGG, the anesthetic effect was increased by 96vs.82C, the incidence of adverse drug reaction was low and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the technique of local swelling anesthesia is safe and effective in Mammotome minimally invasive excision of multiple solid masses of breast. The clinical effect is remarkable and worthy of recommendation.
