VEGF、CD31、CD105在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達及其臨床意義

【摘要】:目的:檢測血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、血小板內(nèi)皮細胞粘附分子(Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1,PECAM-1/CD31)、CD105在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達及與血管生成的關(guān)系,分析其與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的臨床病理關(guān)系。方法:收集廣西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院2012年至2015年子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織標(biāo)本52例、子宮內(nèi)膜不典型增生組織標(biāo)本22例及正常子宮內(nèi)膜標(biāo)本21例,標(biāo)本均采用免疫組化方法檢測VEGF、CD31、CD105在組織中的表達及計數(shù)CD31、CD105在組織表達中的微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD),對結(jié)果進行量化分析,并且分析VEGF、CD31、CD105的表達與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的臨床病理關(guān)系。結(jié)果:1.VEGF在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織、不典型增生及子宮內(nèi)膜癌中表達的陽性率分別為23.8%、31.8%、65.4%。三者之間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。VEGF在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達,與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)(P0.05)。2.CD31在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織、不典型增生及子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中表達的MVD分別為23.6±11.7、31.5±17.7、51.9±21.1,三者之間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。CD31在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中標(biāo)記的MVD與腫瘤分期、浸潤肌層深度、組織學(xué)類型相關(guān)(P0.05),與患者年齡、是否絕經(jīng)、腫瘤大小、有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及CA125血清水平無關(guān)(P0.05)。3.CD105在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織、不典型增生及子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中表達的MVD分別為3.6±3.3、4.1±3.0、6.2±2.9,三者之間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。CD105在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中標(biāo)記的MVD,與有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及腫瘤大小相關(guān)(P0.05),與其他臨床病理特征無關(guān)(P0.05)。4.在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組,VEGF表達與CD31、CD105標(biāo)記的MVD均無明顯相關(guān)性(r=0.095,0.031;P=0.504,0.826)。CD31與CD105標(biāo)記的MVD無明顯相關(guān)性(r=0.046;P=0.749)。CD31標(biāo)記的MVD明顯高于CD105標(biāo)記的MVD(P0.05)。結(jié)論:VEGF、CD31、CD105在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中表達升高,可能促進子宮內(nèi)膜癌的血管生成,它們作為子宮內(nèi)膜癌的腫瘤標(biāo)志物有一定的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1. Expression of PECAM-1 / CD31 / CD105 in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with angiogenesis. Methods: 52 specimens of endometrial carcinoma were collected from 2012 to 2015 in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. 22 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 21 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical method. Expression of CD105 in tissues and count of microvessel density (MVD) of CD31 and CD105 in tissue expression. Quantitative analysis of the results and analysis of VEGF CD31 CD105 expression and endometrial carcinoma clinicopathological relationship. Results 1. VEGF in normal endometrial tissue. The positive rates of expression in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma were 23.810% and 31.8%, respectively. There was significant difference between the three groups in the expression of P0.05. VEGF in endometrial carcinoma. The expression of MVD in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma was 23.6 鹵11.7. 31.5 鹵17.7 鹵51.9 鹵21.1, there was statistical difference between the three groups. P0.05U. CD31 was marked in endometrial carcinoma with MVD, tumor stage, depth of infiltrating myometrium. Histologic types were correlated with P0.05, with age, menopause, and tumor size. There was no correlation between lymph node metastasis and serum level of CA125 in normal endometrium. The expression of MVD in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma was 3.6 鹵3.30.4.1 鹵3.0 鹵6.2 鹵2.9, respectively. There was a statistical difference among the three groups (P 0.05. CD105 was associated with lymph node metastasis and tumor size (P 0. 05)) in endometrial carcinoma. There was no significant correlation between the expression of MVD in endometrial carcinoma group and the MVD labeled by CD31or CD105.There was no significant correlation between VEGF expression and CD31or CD105labeled MVD in endometrial carcinoma group. 0.031; There was no significant correlation between MVD labeled with CD105 and 0.504T 0.826n.CD31. The MVD labeled by CD105 was significantly higher than that by P0. 749. CD31. Conclusion\\\% VEGF\% CD31\%\% VEGF\ +\%\%\%\%\%\%\% VEGF\%\%\%? The increased expression of CD105 in endometrial carcinoma may promote the angiogenesis of endometrial carcinoma, and they may be used as tumor markers of endometrial carcinoma.
