【摘要】：目的提高對特發(fā)性腹膜后纖維化(IRPF)的認(rèn)識,避免或者減少對該疾病的誤診,探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療IRPF的效果。方法報道我院1例IRPF的臨床表現(xiàn),實驗室檢查和治療情況,并進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)。結(jié)果入院后給予彩色多普勒超聲、MRI等輔助檢查明確診斷后,行雙側(cè)腎造瘺,同時聯(lián)合免疫抑制藥物、中藥治療,近期臨床治療效果滿意。結(jié)論 IRPF臨床表現(xiàn)缺乏特異性,早期診斷,早期治療,對獲得遠(yuǎn)期預(yù)后有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the understanding of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis (IRPF), to avoid or reduce the misdiagnosis of the disease, and to explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of IRPF. Methods the clinical manifestation, laboratory examination and treatment of one case of IRPF in our hospital were reported and the literature was reviewed. Results after being admitted to hospital with color Doppler ultrasound, MRI and other auxiliary examinations, bilateral nephrostomy was performed, combined with immunosuppressive drugs and traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effect was satisfactory in the near future. Conclusion the clinical manifestations of IRPF are lack of specificity, early diagnosis and early treatment are of great significance in obtaining long-term prognosis.
