【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療重癥急性胰腺炎的臨床療效。方法:69例隨機分為中西醫(yī)組35例與西醫(yī)組34例,兩組均實施西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,中西醫(yī)組加用清胰湯,比較兩組臨床癥狀、APACHE-Ⅱ評分變化,臨床療效及繼發(fā)感染情況。結(jié)果:總有效率中西醫(yī)組高于西醫(yī)組(P0.05),APACHE-Ⅱ評分中西醫(yī)組低于西醫(yī)組(P0.05),腹痛緩解時間及體溫、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶恢復時間中西醫(yī)組均短于西醫(yī)組(P0.05);繼發(fā)感染發(fā)生率中西醫(yī)組低于西醫(yī)組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療重癥急性胰腺炎能夠有效緩解癥狀,提高臨床療效,減少感染等并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。
