【摘要】：目的對(duì)"腎俞、足三里"穴位埋線結(jié)合唑吡坦治療老年性失眠的臨床療效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。方法 65例患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(n=32)、觀察組(n=33),對(duì)照組使用唑吡坦治療,治療組加用"腎俞、足三里"穴位埋線治療。用匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)評(píng)定療效。結(jié)果治療30 d后,對(duì)照組有效率62.50%,觀察組有效率93.94%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療前后2組PSQI各因子及總分評(píng)分比較治療組在改善睡眠質(zhì)量、日間功能障礙、藥物依賴及總分方面明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 "腎俞、足三里"穴位埋線結(jié)合唑吡坦治療老年性失眠能夠提高臨床療效,能更好改善患者的睡眠質(zhì)量、日間功能,減少對(duì)催眠藥物的依賴且無(wú)副作用,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of "Shenshu, Zusanli" acupoint embedding combined with zolpidem in the treatment of senile insomnia. Methods Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 32) and observation group (n = 33). The control group was treated with zolpidem and the treatment group was treated with "Shenshu, Zusanli" catgut embedding. The efficacy was evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI). Results after 30 days of treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 62.50 and the effective rate of the observation group was 93.94, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the scores of PSQI factors and total scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups in improving sleep quality and daytime dysfunction. Drug dependence and total score were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion "Shenshu, Zusanli" catgut embedding combined with zolpidem can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the sleep quality and daytime function of the patients, reduce the dependence on hypnotic drugs and have no side effects. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
