【摘要】：根據(jù)美國(guó)科學(xué)哲學(xué)家托馬斯·庫(kù)恩的理論,中醫(yī)與西醫(yī)應(yīng)屬于相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的兩個(gè)不同"范式",有著完全不同的符號(hào)系統(tǒng)與價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn),那么這兩種醫(yī)學(xué)間也不可避免地存在著"不可通約"的問(wèn)題。不可通約性會(huì)引起交流困難并妨礙理性比較,在很大的程度上限制了兩種醫(yī)學(xué)間的相互交流與融合。因此,從理論上彌合兩種醫(yī)學(xué)差異的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)學(xué),由于缺乏哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)的支撐,面臨很大的困境。然而這卻并不妨礙中西醫(yī)學(xué)在各自范式內(nèi)的發(fā)展與積累,甚至可以在堅(jiān)持自身范式的基礎(chǔ)上吸收與借鑒對(duì)方的精華以獲得創(chuàng)新的靈感。而中醫(yī)研究,首先應(yīng)做好對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的繼承工作,進(jìn)一步的創(chuàng)新才有可能成功。
[Abstract]:According to Thomas Kuhn, an American philosopher of science, Chinese medicine and Western medicine should belong to two competing "paradigms", with completely different symbolic systems and value standards. Then there is also an inextricable problem between these two kinds of medicine. Incomprehensibility can cause communication difficulties and hinder rational comparison, which limits the communication and fusion between the two kinds of medicine to a great extent. Therefore, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, which can theoretically bridge the difference between the two kinds of medicine, is faced with great difficulties because of the lack of the support of philosophical foundation. However, this does not hinder the development and accumulation of Chinese and Western medicine in their respective paradigms, and can even absorb and draw lessons from the essence of the other party on the basis of adhering to their own paradigm in order to obtain the inspiration of innovation. Traditional Chinese medicine research, first of all, should do a good job of traditional inheritance, further innovation can be successful.
