【摘要】：目的： 臨床觀察頭部透穴法結合普通針刺治療肝氣郁結型郁證的臨床療效,并對機理進行探討和研究。方法： 我們在臨床上選取肝氣郁結型郁證病人90例,采用隨機對照方法分為三組,每組30例,治療組(頭部透穴組)給予頭部透穴法結合普通針刺治療,對照1組給予普通針刺治療,對照2組給予藥物治療。每組治療前后分別采用國際通用漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)和抑郁自評量表(SDS)進行評分,在生存質量評價方面,選用SF一36生存質量量表評分,分別對每組入組患者進行治療前和治療四周后神經精神狀態(tài)進行評定,觀察各組患者總體療效。 結果： 頭部透穴法結合普通針刺在改善肝氣郁結型郁證患者精神癥狀及軀體癥狀,自知力的恢復,是否適應現(xiàn)實生活的能力都有明顯改善。從療效比較看,治療后,透穴組治愈13人,好轉16人,無效1人,總有效率為93.33%(P0.05),針刺治療組治愈8人,好轉13人,無效9人,總有效率為76.67%(P0.05),西藥對照組治愈9人,好轉10人,無效11人,總有效率為62.33%(P0.01),結果可以看出透穴組療效明顯優(yōu)于普通針刺組和藥物組 結論： 1頭部透穴法結合普通針刺治療肝氣郁結型郁證的療效肯定。 2三組治療方法對肝氣郁結型郁證患者的癥狀評分都有改善作用,治療組優(yōu)于兩個對照組 3本治療方法具有取穴科學,療效確切,治愈率高,復發(fā)率小,對提高患者生活質量,有較好的臨床應用前景.
[Abstract]:Objective:
To observe the clinical efficacy of head penetration point method combined with ordinary acupuncture in treating stagnation syndrome of liver qi stagnation, and to explore and study the mechanism.
We selected 90 patients with stagnation of stagnation of liver qi stagnation syndrome in three groups, each group was divided into three groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group (head point penetration group) was given the head penetration method combined with the common acupuncture treatment, the 1 groups were given the common acupuncture treatment, and the 2 groups were given the drug treatment. Each group was treated with international general Hamilton suppression before and after the treatment. The scale of depression scale (HAMD) and self rating Depression Scale (SDS) were scored. In terms of quality of life, the SF 36 quality of life scale was used to evaluate the mental state of the patients in each group before and after the treatment, and the total physical effect of each group was observed.
Result:
The head penetration method combined with the common acupuncture in improving the mental symptoms and physical symptoms of the stagnation of the liver qi stagnation syndrome, the recovery of self-knowledge and the ability to adapt to the real life have obviously improved. From the curative effect comparison, after treatment, 13 people were cured, 16 were improved, 1 were invalid, the total effective rate was 93.33% (P0.05), and 8 were cured by acupuncture treatment group. The total effective rate was 76.67% (P0.05), and the total effective rate was 76.67% (P0.05). In the western medicine control group, 9 were cured, 10 were improved, and 11 were invalid. The total effective rate was 62.33% (P0.01). The results showed that the effect of the acupuncture point group was obviously better than that of the common acupuncture group and the drug group.
Conclusion:
1 head penetration point method combined with ordinary acupuncture is effective in treating stagnation of liver Qi syndrome.
2 the three groups of treatment methods improved the symptom scores of patients with stagnation of liver Qi syndrome, and the treatment group was better than the two control group.
3 the treatment method has the advantages of acupoint selection, exact curative effect, high cure rate and low recurrence rate. It has a good clinical application prospect for improving the quality of life of patients.
