【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療糖尿病足的臨床療效。方法:將89例糖尿病足患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組45例和治療組44例,對(duì)照組給予糖尿病西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,治療組在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用中藥內(nèi)服、外洗治療。并且測(cè)定兩組病人治療前后的全血黏度、血小板聚集率、纖維蛋白原、踝肱壓指數(shù)(AB-PI)、趾肱壓指數(shù)(TBPI)等相關(guān)指標(biāo)的變化,并比較兩種治療方法的效果。結(jié)果:治療組的總有效率為90.9%,對(duì)照組的總有效率為62.2%,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);治療組治療后的全血黏度、血小板聚集率、纖維蛋白原明顯下降(P0.05或P0.01),且與對(duì)照組治療后比較,有顯著性差異(P0.05或P0.01);治療組ABPI、TBPI均較治療前改善(P0.05或P0.01);對(duì)照組ABPI治療前后比較,亦有顯著性差異(P0.05),但TBPI治療前后比較則無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療糖尿病足療效優(yōu)于單純的西醫(yī)治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic foot. Methods: 89 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group (n = 45) and treatment group (n = 44). The changes of whole blood viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, fibrinogen, ankle brachial pressure index (AB-PIN) and toe brachial pressure index (TBPI) were measured before and after treatment in the two groups, and the effects of the two treatment methods were compared. Results: the total effective rate was 90.9 in the treatment group and 62.2 in the control group. Fibrinogen significantly decreased by P0.05 or P0.01A, and there was significant difference compared with control group (P0.05 or P0.01A), the treatment group (ABPIN TBPI) improved P0.05or P0.01g compared with that before and after treatment, and the control group was compared with the control group before and after ABPI treatment. There was also significant difference (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference before and after treatment with TBPI. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic foot is better than that of western medicine alone.
