【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療冠心病心肌缺血的臨床效果。方法:選取112例冠心病心肌缺血患者并隨機(jī)分為兩組,對照組56例患者采用口服腸溶阿司匹林和單硝酸異山梨酯緩釋膠囊單純西醫(yī)治療,觀察組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服參麥養(yǎng)心片,觀察兩組患者治療效果及治療后硝酸酯類藥停減藥率。結(jié)果:觀察組治療有效率為94.64%,對照組治療有效率為78.57%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者停減藥率為25.00%,對照組為8.93%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療冠心病心肌缺血治療效果明顯優(yōu)于單純西醫(yī)治療,而且可明顯降低患者口服硝酸酯類藥,減輕藥物副作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease. Methods: 112 patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. 56 patients in control group were treated with oral enteric aspirin and isosorbide mononitrate sustained release capsule. Patients in the observation group took Shenmai Yangxin tablet orally on the basis of the control group. Results: the effective rate of treatment was 94.64 in the observation group and 78.57 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The drug withdrawal rate was 25.00 in the observation group and 8.93 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease is better than that of western medicine alone, and it can obviously reduce the oral nitrates and alleviate the side effects of the drugs.
