【摘要】：目的:觀察柴胡疏肝散聯(lián)合聚已二醇4000散劑治療青少年功能性便秘的療效。方法:選擇近3年在我院門診就診并確診為FC的青少年學(xué)生患者62名,隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組:柴胡疏肝散日1劑,水煎服100 m L,3次/d,聚已二醇4000散,10 g/次,2次/d;對照組單用聚已二醇4000散,服法同治療組;兩組療程均為4周。觀察兩組的排便次數(shù)、排便時間、大便性狀、排便難易程度,及腹脹等伴隨癥狀。結(jié)果:治療組臨床有效率為93.75%,對照組有效率為80%,治療組的療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組,兩者相比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:柴胡疏肝散聯(lián)合聚已二醇4000散治療青少年學(xué)生FC療效明顯優(yōu)于單用聚已二醇4000散的對照組,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with polyhexadiol 4000 powder on adolescent functional constipation. Methods: 62 adolescent students who were diagnosed as FC in outpatient clinic of our hospital in recent 3 years were randomly divided into two groups: 1 dose of Chaihu Shugan Powder Day; The control group was treated with polyhexadiol 4000 powder for 4 weeks, and the control group was treated with polyhexadiol 4000 powder for 3 times / d, and the control group was treated with polyhexadiol 4000 powder for 4 weeks. The defecation frequency, defecation time, defecation character, defecation difficulty degree and abdominal distention were observed. Results: the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75 and the effective rate of the control group was 80. The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the curative effect of chaihu Shugan powder combined with polyhexadiol 4000 powder in treating adolescent students with FC is obviously better than that in the control group treated with polyhexadiol 4000 powder alone, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
