【摘要】：目的：觀察比較針刺配合耳穴貼壓的方法與單一針刺方法治療心腎不交型失眠的療效。方法：將60位心腎不交型失眠患者隨機(jī)等分為兩組，針刺配合耳穴的觀察組和使用單一針刺的對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組選取相應(yīng)頭部穴和調(diào)理心腎之穴并配合耳穴，對(duì)照組則僅選取與治療組相同的體穴，觀察記錄兩組患者治療前、后的臨床癥狀以及功能評(píng)分，并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：治療前、后觀察組各項(xiàng)因子及總分有顯著性差異（P＜0.05），治療前、后對(duì)照組各項(xiàng)因子及總分有顯著性差異（P＜0.05），，治療后兩組的療效對(duì)比顯示4項(xiàng)因子及總分有顯著差異（P＜0.05）而余3項(xiàng)因子并無(wú)顯著差異（P＞0.05）。 結(jié)論：兩組方法對(duì)心腎不交型失眠均有效，但針刺配合耳穴的治療效果更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and compare the curative effect of acupuncture combined with auricular plaster and single acupuncture in treating insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type. Methods: 60 patients with insomnia of heart and kidney disjoint type were randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture plus auricular point observation group and single acupuncture control group. The control group selected the corresponding points of head and the points of regulating heart and kidney and combined with auricular points, while the control group only selected the same body points as the treatment group, observed and recorded the clinical symptoms and functional scores of the two groups before and after treatment, and compared them. Results: before and after treatment, there were significant differences in all factors and total scores between the two groups (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in all factors and total scores in the latter control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the other three factors (P > 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion: the two methods are effective for heart and kidney disjoint insomnia, but acupuncture combined with auricular point is more effective.
