【摘要】：目的:探討大腦后交通動脈瘤性動眼神經(jīng)麻痹的最佳治療方法。方法:將78例患者隨機分為2組。針刺組穴取睛明、球后、承泣等;電針加穴位注射組在針刺組治療的基礎上加電針、腺苷鈷胺局部穴位注射。2組患者經(jīng)3個月治療后進行療效對比觀察。結果:針刺組總有效率為41.7%,電針加穴位注射組總有效率為77.8%,2組療效相比差異有非常顯著性意義(P0.01)。電針加穴位注射組中腦瘤發(fā)病在2周之內手術的患者針刺療效優(yōu)于2周以上手術者(P0.01);術后1月之內針刺治療者療效優(yōu)于1月以上針刺者(P0.01)。結論:電針加穴位注射是治療大腦后交通動脈瘤所致動眼神經(jīng)麻痹的有效方法且優(yōu)于單純針刺治療,大腦后交通動脈瘤的及早診斷與手術、針刺及時的干預治療都關系到動眼神經(jīng)麻痹的預后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the best treatment method of posterior communicating artery aneurysm oculomotor nerve palsy. Methods: 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Electroacupuncture plus acupoint injection group plus electroacupuncture on the basis of acupuncture group treatment, Results: the total effective rate of acupuncture group was 41.7, and the total effective rate of electroacupuncture plus acupoint injection group was 77.8 points injection group. The effect of acupuncture in patients with brain tumor in 2 weeks after operation was better than that in patients with operation of more than 2 weeks, and the curative effect of acupuncture in one month after operation was better than that in patients with acupuncture more than one month. Conclusion: electroacupuncture plus acupoint therapy is more effective than that of patients with acupuncture more than one month after operation. Injection is an effective method for the treatment of oculomotor nerve palsy caused by posterior communicating artery aneurysm and is superior to acupuncture alone. The early diagnosis and operation of posterior communicating aneurysm and the timely intervention of acupuncture are related to the prognosis of oculomotor palsy.
