【摘要】：目的：本研究通過觀察電針并功能訓(xùn)練治療上肢周圍神經(jīng)不完全損傷的療效，并與單純電針組、功能訓(xùn)練組相比較，探討治療周圍神經(jīng)損傷的最佳方案。方法：將90例患者按神經(jīng)損傷程度與就診順序隨機(jī)分為三組，觀察三種治療方法對運(yùn)動、感覺功能、實用功能、肌電圖、神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度的改善。結(jié)果：治療組能明顯改善患肢的運(yùn)動、感覺功能及實用功能，，提高神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度，改善肌電圖，其療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論：電針與功能訓(xùn)練相配合，既加快神經(jīng)生長的修復(fù)速度，又促進(jìn)失神經(jīng)支配肌肉功能的恢復(fù)，從而縮短神經(jīng)肌肉恢復(fù)的時間，提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with functional training in the treatment of incomplete upper limb peripheral nerve injury, and to compare it with simple electroacupuncture group and functional training group. Methods: 90 patients with peripheral nerve injury were randomly divided into three groups according to the degree of nerve injury and the order of treatment. Results: the motor, sensory and practical functions of the affected limbs, nerve conduction velocity and electromyography were significantly improved in the treatment group. It not only speeds up the repair speed of nerve growth, but also promotes the restoration of denervated muscle function, thus shortens the time of neuromuscular recovery and improves the quality of life of patients.
