【摘要】：目的:觀察中西藥聯(lián)合治療扁平疣的臨床療效。方法:將60例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組兩組,每組30例。治療組30例采用玄明粉聯(lián)合斯奇康針、香菇菌多糖片治療,對照組采用斯奇康針及香菇菌多糖片治療。分別觀察治療后0.5月、1月、1.5月、2月兩組患者的皮損消退情況及不良反應(yīng)。并計算其皮損改善指數(shù)。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療后總皮損較治療前明顯減少,以治療組皮損減少的更加明顯(P0.05)。治療后0.5月,治療組和對照組的有效率無顯著性差異(P0.05)。治療后1月、1.5月、2月治療組與對照組的有效率有顯著性差異,治療組的有效率均大于對照組。治療組的總有效率為86.67%,對照組的總有效率為60%。提示:使用中西醫(yī)聯(lián)合的方法治療扁平疣有較好的療效。不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of verruca plana. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The patients in the control group were treated with Schikkang needle and lentinus edodes polysaccharide tablet respectively. The skin lesions of the two groups were observed 0.5 months, 1 month, 1.5 months and 2 months after treatment, and the improvement index of skin lesions was calculated. Results: the patients in the two groups were treated. After treatment, the total skin lesions were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment. There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group at 0.5 months after treatment. There was a significant difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group in the first month, 1.5 months and two months after treatment, and there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67 and the total effective rate of the control group was 60. It suggested that the treatment of flat verruca by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine had better curative effect and the adverse reaction was less.
