【摘要】：目的：通過研究“割治法”治療偏頭痛療效與對(duì)側(cè)取穴的關(guān)系，證實(shí)割治法治療偏頭痛的療效是否與取穴位置（同側(cè)取穴、異側(cè)取穴）相關(guān)，以進(jìn)一步完善割治法治療偏頭痛的技術(shù)操作規(guī)范，提高其療效。 方法：本研究采用前瞻性隨機(jī)對(duì)照的研究方法，分為割治同側(cè)治療組、割治對(duì)側(cè)治療組，觀察偏頭痛病例60例（每組30例），，通過統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理觀察兩組療效差異，并對(duì)其有效性及安全性作出客觀評(píng)價(jià)。 結(jié)果：兩組總有效率分別為96.7%及90%，P值0.01；治愈率分別為73.3%及60%，P值0.01；半年復(fù)發(fā)率分別為9.1%及16.7%，P值0.01，有明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，說明對(duì)側(cè)取穴割治法治療偏頭痛的療效顯著優(yōu)于同側(cè)取穴割治法。兩組頭痛癥狀比較：對(duì)側(cè)取穴割治法治療偏頭痛在改善頭痛發(fā)作次數(shù)、持續(xù)時(shí)間、疼痛程度及伴隨癥狀方面均優(yōu)于同側(cè)取穴割治法。對(duì)側(cè)取穴割治法治療偏頭痛對(duì)心率、血壓、血尿常規(guī)及肝腎功能均無不良影響。結(jié)論：對(duì)側(cè)取穴割治法治療偏頭痛的療效明顯優(yōu)于同側(cè)取穴割治法，該方法治療偏 頭痛簡(jiǎn)、便、驗(yàn)、廉，值得在臨床進(jìn)一步推廣和使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between the curative effect of "cutting and treating" for migraine and the contralateral point extraction, and to confirm whether the curative effect of cutting treatment on migraine is related to the location of the point (the same side point, the other side point). To further improve the cutting method for migraine treatment of technical specifications, improve its efficacy. Methods: a prospective randomized controlled study was conducted and divided into two groups: the ipsilateral group and the contralateral group. 60 cases of migraine were observed (30 cases in each group), and the difference of curative effect between the two groups was observed by statistical analysis. And the effectiveness and safety of the objective evaluation. Results: the total effective rate was 96. 7% and 90% P value was 0.01, the cure rate was 73. 3% and 60% P value was 0. 01, the recurrence rate in half a year was 9. 1% and 16. 710% P value, respectively. The results showed that the treatment of migraine with contralateral acupoint cutting was significantly better than that of ipsilateral acupoint cutting. Comparison of headache symptoms between the two groups: the treatment of migraine by contralateral acupoint cutting was used to improve the frequency and duration of migraine attack. The degree of pain and associated symptoms were better than that of the ipsilateral acupoint cutting method, and the contralateral acupoint cutting treatment for migraine caused by heart rate and blood pressure. Conclusion: the treatment of migraine by contralateral acupoint cutting is better than that by ipsilateral acupoint cutting. Headache simple, stool, test, cheap, worthy of further clinical promotion and use.
