【摘要】："亞健康"是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的新概念,"治未病"則是傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學(xué)防病、治病的理念。兩者產(chǎn)生的歷史時(shí)期、理論基礎(chǔ)及思想體系不同,因而在其內(nèi)容表述上有較大差別。本文從亞健康和治未病的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及變化規(guī)律入手,對(duì)兩個(gè)概念的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行分析,探討亞健康和治未病的本質(zhì)及其內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者在疾病預(yù)防上有異曲同工之妙,在疾病治療上則有較大區(qū)別。提出亞健康與治未病的研究應(yīng)有機(jī)結(jié)合,探索出適合于我國(guó)健康需求的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合研究特色。
[Abstract]:"Sub-health" is a new concept in the field of modern medicine, while "treating the disease before illness" is the traditional idea of preventing and treating diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, there is a great difference in its content expression. This paper analyzes the connotation of the two concepts from the emergence, development and change of sub-health and treatment of disease. This paper probes into the essence of sub-health and treatment of disease and their internal relations. It is found that there are similarities and differences between the two in disease prevention, but there are great differences in the treatment of diseases. It is pointed out that the study of sub-health and treatment of disease should be combined organically. To explore the characteristics of integrated Chinese and western medicine research suitable for the health needs of our country.
