【摘要】：目的比較中醫(yī)治療方式與西醫(yī)治療方式對(duì)控制兒童哮喘復(fù)發(fā)的效果,為兒童哮喘的治療提供理論參考。方法選擇某院近兩年3～7歲哮喘兒童患者179例并隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中中醫(yī)組兒童患者在哮喘間歇期采取黃芪輔助治療,西醫(yī)組兒童患者采取糖皮質(zhì)激素的方法進(jìn)行輔助治療。對(duì)治療效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)并測定IL-2及IL-4水平,利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果在間歇期利用黃芪進(jìn)行治療的兒童患者總有效率為86%,而利用糖皮質(zhì)激素進(jìn)行治療的兒童患者總有效率為90%,兩組之間不存在顯著差異。兩組治療前后細(xì)胞因子IL-2及IL-4的均有不同程度的變化,兩組間不存在顯著差異,但黃芪治療組的細(xì)胞因子更趨向于正常。結(jié)論利用中西醫(yī)方式對(duì)兒童哮喘患者在間歇期進(jìn)行治療的效果不具有顯著差異,然考慮到糖皮質(zhì)激素的諸多副作用及兒童成長的需要,建議對(duì)該類患者哮喘間歇期采取黃芪進(jìn)行輔助治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine (WM) on the control of asthma recurrence in children, and to provide a theoretical reference for the treatment of childhood asthma. Methods 179 cases of asthmatic children aged from 3 to 7 years old in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The children in the TCM group were treated with Astragalus membranaceus during the interval of asthma, and the children in the western medicine group were treated with glucocorticoid. The therapeutic effect was evaluated and the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were measured. Results the total effective rate of children treated with astragalus during the interval was 86%, while that of children treated with glucocorticoid was 90%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The changes of cytokines IL-2 and IL-4 were different before and after treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups, but the cytokines in the astragalus treatment group tended to be normal. However, considering the side effects of glucocorticoid and the need for children to grow up, it is suggested that Astragalus membranaceus should be used as adjuvant therapy in asthma interval.
