【摘要】：目的:探討克林霉素磷酸酯、微波療法、中藥保留灌腸3者聯合治療慢性盆腔炎的療效。方法:按患者意愿將203例慢性盆腔炎患者分為對照組和治療組。對照組85例,接受靜脈滴注奈替米星和克林霉素磷酸酯治療;治療組118例,接受靜脈滴注克林霉素磷酸酯、微波療法、中藥保留灌腸聯合治療。2組均以10日為1個療程,治療3個療程后比較2組療效。結果:治療組痊愈率為30%、總有效率為93%,優(yōu)于對照組的9%、82%(P0.01,P0.05)。2組不良反應輕微。結論:克林霉素磷酸酯、微波療法、中藥保留灌腸聯合治療慢性盆腔炎療效確切、不良反應輕微,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of clindamycin phosphate, microwave therapy and retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 203 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into control group and treatment group according to the wishes of the patients. Patients in the treatment group received intravenous infusion of clindamycin phosphate and clindamycin phosphate, and the treatment group received intravenous infusion of clindamycin phosphate, microwave therapy and retention enema with Chinese medicine as a course of treatment in 10th. Results: the cure rate was 30 and the total effective rate was 93 in the treatment group, which was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: clindamycin phosphate, microwave therapy, Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is effective, mild adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
