【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用正電子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層顯像,觀察韓氏穴位神經(jīng)刺激儀(簡稱HANS儀)刺激百會(huì)穴對異丙酚麻醉腦葡萄糖代謝的影響。方法:18只實(shí)驗(yàn)用小型豬隨機(jī)分為3組,HANS組(n=6),基礎(chǔ)麻醉后,采用HANS儀電刺激百會(huì)穴,以2/100Hz變頻電刺激25min,注射顯像劑18F-FDG32min后PET掃描;異丙酚組(n=6),基礎(chǔ)麻醉后輸注異丙酚6mg/kg·h,15min后用1min靜注顯像劑,繼續(xù)輸注異丙酚6mg/kg·h,32min后PET掃描;針?biāo)帍?fù)合組(n=6),基礎(chǔ)麻醉后,HANS儀以2/100Hz變頻電刺激百會(huì)穴25min,停電針,輸注異丙酚6mg/kg·h,15min后用1min靜注顯像劑,異丙酚6mg/kg·h繼續(xù)輸注32min后PET掃描。結(jié)果:HANS儀2/100Hz變頻刺激百會(huì)穴使異丙酚麻醉相應(yīng)腦區(qū)葡萄糖代謝明顯下降(P0.01)。結(jié)論:電刺激百會(huì)穴具有加強(qiáng)異丙酚麻醉效應(yīng)的作用,其作用機(jī)制之一是顯著降低了腦代謝。
[Abstract]:Objective: to apply positron emission computed tomography (PET). To observe the effect of HANS stimulation on cerebral glucose metabolism in propofol anesthesia. Methods Twenty six miniature pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups. After basic anesthesia, Baihui points were stimulated by HANS instrument. The patients in the propofol group were injected with propofol (6 mg / kg 路h ~ (-1)) for 15 minutes and then injected with the imaging agent (1 / 100 Hz) for 25 min, and the PET scan was performed after the injection of propofol (6 mg / kg 路h ~ (32) min) after injection of propofol (6 mg / kg 路h ~ (32) min). After basic anesthesia, the rats were stimulated with 2 / 100 Hz frequency conversion electric stimulation at Baihui point for 25 min. The power cut needle was injected with propofol 6 mg / kg 路h ~ (-1) for 15 min, and then the imaging agent was injected intravenously for 1 min. PET scan was performed after infusion of propofol 6 mg / kg 路h for 32 minutes. Results the stimulation of Baihui point with 2 / 100 Hz frequency conversion of propofol anesthesia significantly decreased glucose metabolism in the corresponding cerebral area of propofol anesthesia. Conclusion: electric stimulation of Baihui point can enhance the anesthetic effect of propofol. One of its mechanisms is to significantly reduce brain metabolism.
