【摘要】：目的：觀察針刺對(duì)免疫性復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者外周血中T淋巴細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞的影響及臨床療效。 方法：選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組及對(duì)照組,每組30例,治療組予針刺結(jié)合主動(dòng)免疫治療,對(duì)照組予主動(dòng)免疫治療。分析治療前后兩組患者外周血中T淋巴細(xì)胞(CD4+、CD8+.CD4+/D8+)變化、NK細(xì)胞(CD16+CD56+)變化,同時(shí)分析臨床療效情況。數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果：通過(guò)治療,與對(duì)照組相比,治療組患者外周血中CD4+細(xì)胞數(shù)量及CD4+/CD8+細(xì)胞比值顯著降低、外周血中的CD8+細(xì)胞數(shù)量顯著增高(P0.05)；外周血NK細(xì)胞數(shù)量顯著降低(P0.05)。治療組有效率93.33%,對(duì)照組有效率73.33%,兩組比較具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：針刺結(jié)合主動(dòng)免疫治療療效確切,更有利于妊娠發(fā)展,能良好的體現(xiàn)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療的臨床價(jià)值；治療中未見(jiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)、未見(jiàn)明顯毒副作用,治療成本較低,患者易于接受,適于臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupuncture on T lymphocytes and NK cells in peripheral blood of patients with immune recurrent abortion. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with active immunotherapy. The control group was treated with active immunotherapy. The changes of T lymphocyte CD4 / CD8. CD4 / D8 in peripheral blood before and after treatment were analyzed. The changes of NK cell CD16 CD56 were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: compared with the control group, the number of CD4 cells and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 cells in the peripheral blood of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The number of CD8 cells in peripheral blood increased significantly (P 0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33 and that of the control group was 73.33. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with active immunotherapy is more beneficial to the development of pregnancy and can reflect the clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. There were no obvious adverse reactions, no obvious side effects, low treatment cost, easy acceptance by patients, and suitable for clinical application.
