【摘要】：偏頭痛是臨床的常見疾患,無(wú)論男女、老年或青壯年都會(huì)發(fā)生。應(yīng)用針灸來(lái)治療偏頭痛,可以取得比較迅速的療效,同時(shí)可以降低可觀的醫(yī)療成本。因此筆者希望經(jīng)由文獻(xiàn),來(lái)比較諸多醫(yī)家的選穴組方,進(jìn)而找到針灸治療偏頭痛的取穴規(guī)律,并建構(gòu)出基本原則。 目的 1.查閱整理文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),總結(jié)臨床上針灸治療偏頭痛的常用有效穴位。并對(duì)所統(tǒng)計(jì)常用穴位進(jìn)行歸類統(tǒng)計(jì),尋找針灸治療偏頭痛的選穴特點(diǎn)。 2.探究符合中醫(yī)理論的針灸治療偏頭痛選穴組方規(guī)律及基本組方。 方法 通過中國(guó)期刊網(wǎng),檢索了2002年到2012年國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)表的針灸治療偏頭痛的臨床型文獻(xiàn)報(bào)導(dǎo),將其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理,選取診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明確且符合隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床研究的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)資料分析,納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)97篇,對(duì)文中常用穴位進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、歸類,并對(duì)臨床常見頭痛辨證分型、常用配穴進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),從而對(duì)針灸治療頭痛的腧穴選用,組方規(guī)律進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納。 結(jié)果 1、根據(jù)主穴出現(xiàn)頻次,統(tǒng)計(jì)出97篇文獻(xiàn)中,使用頻率最多,排名前10位的腧穴,根據(jù)其出現(xiàn)頻率,進(jìn)行排位。資料統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示,針灸治療偏頭痛的常用穴位中取使用頻率較多的前10個(gè)穴位。排名前10位依序?yàn)轱L(fēng)池、太陽(yáng)、合谷、率谷、太沖、百會(huì)、頭維、阿是穴、足三里、豐隆。 2、風(fēng)池頻次、頻率均位居第一,頻次為75次,頻率為9.29368%;其次為太陽(yáng),頻次為65次,頻率為8.05452%;第三位為合谷,頻次為50次,頻率為6.19579%;率谷頻次為46次,頻率為5.70012%,位居第四位;第五位為太沖,頻次為44次,頻率為5.45229%;第六位為百會(huì)與頭維,頻次為33次,頻率為4.08922%;第八位為阿是穴,頻次為30次,頻率為3.71747%；第九位為足三里,頻次為24次,頻率為2.97398%;第十位為豐隆,頻次為23次,頻率為2.85006%。 結(jié)論 1、現(xiàn)代研究針灸治療偏頭痛選穴規(guī)律：針刺治療偏頭痛取穴以足少陽(yáng)膽經(jīng)為主,經(jīng)外奇穴與足陽(yáng)明胃經(jīng)為輔。 2、針刺治療偏頭痛,部位以局部取穴,搭配遠(yuǎn)部取穴。
[Abstract]:Migraine is a common clinical disease, both men and women, old and young adults will occur. The application of acupuncture to treat migraine, can effective quickly, at the same time can reduce the considerable medical cost. The author hopes that through literature, formula and acupoint compared to many physicians, and then find the law of point selection in acupuncture treatment of migraine. And construct the basic principles.
objective
1., consult and collate the literature and make statistics, summarize the commonly used effective acupuncture points for clinical treatment of migraine, and classify the statistics commonly used acupoints, and find the acupuncture points for treating migraine.
2. to explore the rules and basic groups of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for migraine in the treatment of migraine.
Method
The Chinese journal net, the clinical literature retrieval from 2002 to 2012 the domestic published acupuncture treatment of migraine and its systematic arrangement, selection of clear diagnostic criteria with randomized controlled clinical research literature for statistical data analysis, the inclusion criteria 97 literatures on common points in this paper were analyzed and classified. Type of clinical common headache syndrome, commonly used acupoints for statistics, and thus the selection of acupuncture treatment of headache acupoint and prescription rule is summarized.
Result
1, according to the main points of the frequency statistics of 97 articles, the most frequently used acupoints, the top 10 ranking, according to the frequency statistics. Results the data showed that, taking the first 10 points of the frequency of use more common acupuncture treatment of migraine. The top 10 in order to GB20 the sun, Hegu, Taichong, Baihui, Shuaigu, Touwei, Ashi, Zusanli, Fenglong.
2, Fengchi frequency, frequency were among the first, frequency of 75 times, the frequency is 9.29368%; followed by the sun, frequency of 65 times, the frequency is 8.05452%; third for LI4, frequency of 50 times, the frequency is 6.19579%; Shuaigu frequency for 46 times, the frequency of 5.70012%, ranked fourth; fifth for Taichong, frequency of 44 times, the frequency is 5.45229%; Sixth for Baihui and Touwei, frequency of 33 times, the frequency is 4.08922%; eighth for the point, frequency of 30 times, the frequency is 3.71747%; Ninth at frequency of 24 times, and the frequency is 2.97398%; tenth for Fenglong, frequency 23 times, the frequency is 2.85006%.
conclusion
1, modern research on acupuncture treatment of migraine: acupoint acupuncture treatment of migraine with acupuncture foot Shaoyang meridians, extrachannel points and Yangming foot as a supplement.
2, acupuncture is used to treat migraine with local acupoints and acupoints in the far part.
