【摘要】：研究目的：通過觀察針刺寧神穴結(jié)合常規(guī)穴位對VA S疼痛視覺模擬評分和頭痛積分變化,探討其治療偏頭痛的臨床效果,證明本穴為治療偏頭痛的有效穴 研究方法：將60例偏頭痛患者,隨機分為2組,治療組(寧神穴+常規(guī)穴位),對照組(常規(guī)穴位),每組各30例患者,分別觀察針刺第1天前后、針刺第3天、第6天、第9天、第12天的綜合評分,并比較2組療程及療效的差異。 結(jié)果 1.治療組對偏頭痛患者的臨床癥狀有明顯改善作用,其總療效與對照組相比有顯著性差異P0.05。 2.在VA S評分方面,兩組均能改善頭痛程度、發(fā)作次數(shù)、持續(xù)時間及伴隨癥狀；并且治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組,有顯著性差異。 3.治療組治療偏頭痛的療程短于對照組 結(jié)論 1.治療組治療偏頭痛具有明顯的即時鎮(zhèn)痛效果,能夠降低患者疼痛指數(shù)、減少疼痛時間、緩解臨床癥狀提高療效,因此治療組為治療偏頭痛的有效穴。 2.治療組治療偏頭痛可減少針刺次數(shù),縮短療程,提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupuncture at Ningshen point combined with conventional acupoints on VA. S pain visual analogue score and headache score change, to explore its clinical effect in treating migraine, prove this point is the effective point to treat migraine. Methods: 60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (normal acupoint at Ningshen point) and the control group (30 patients in each group). The acupuncture was observed before and after the first day of acupuncture. The comprehensive score on the 3rd day, 6th day, 9th day and 12th day were compared and the difference of course of treatment and curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results 1. In the treatment group, the clinical symptoms of migraine patients were obviously improved, and the total curative effect was significantly different from that of the control group (P 0.05). 2. In VA S score, both groups could improve the degree of headache, attack times, duration and accompanying symptoms, and the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group, there was significant difference. 3.The course of treatment of migraine in the treatment group is shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion 1. The treatment group has obvious immediate analgesic effect, can reduce the patient's pain index, reduce the pain time, alleviate the clinical symptom to improve the curative effect, so the treatment group is the effective point to treat the migraine. 2. The treatment group can reduce the times of acupuncture, shorten the course of treatment and improve the curative effect.
