【摘要】：目的 :通過衛(wèi)生檢疫工作 ,了解抗洪官兵在抗洪期間是否感染疾病或有疾病潛伏 ,嚴(yán)防傳染病在部隊(duì)發(fā)生與流行 ,確保官兵身體健康。方法 :對回撤營區(qū)的抗洪官兵實(shí)施衛(wèi)生檢疫 ,采取 (1)依靠行政管理手段 ;(2 )加強(qiáng)對檢疫工作的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo) ,(3)開展衛(wèi)生整治 ;(4 )進(jìn)行健康教育 ;(5)組織健康體檢 ,嚴(yán)格醫(yī)學(xué)觀察 ;(6 )重視預(yù)防服藥等措施。結(jié)果 :72 1名抗洪官兵全部接受了健康體檢 ,未發(fā)現(xiàn)一例傳染病人 ,其他疾病檢出 4 5例 ,檢出率 6 .2 % ,其中腰腿痛占 71.1%。檢疫期內(nèi)部隊(duì)晝夜發(fā)病率 0 .56‰ ,傳染病發(fā)病率 0。結(jié)論 :部隊(duì)赴災(zāi)區(qū)執(zhí)行任務(wù) ,回營后一定要開展衛(wèi)生檢疫工作 ;軍政首長重視是做好衛(wèi)生檢疫工作的前提 ,也是做好平時(shí)衛(wèi)生防病工作的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand whether the flood fighting officers and soldiers are infected or latent during the flood control period, to strictly prevent the occurrence and epidemic of infectious diseases in the army, and to ensure the health of the officers and soldiers through the work of health and quarantine. Methods: to carry out health quarantine for flood fighting officers and soldiers in the evacuation camp area, (1) rely on administrative means, (2) strengthen the organization and leadership of quarantine work, (3) carry out health treatment, (4) carry out health education, (2) strengthen the organization and leadership of quarantine work, (3) carry out health treatment, (4) carry out health education, (5) organize physical examination and strict medical observation; (6) attach importance to preventive medicine and other measures. Results: all 721 officers and soldiers underwent physical examination, and none of them were found to be infected. 45 cases of other diseases were detected, the detection rate was 6.2%, of which low back and leg pain accounted for 71.1%. During the quarantine period, the incidence of day and night in the army was 0.56 per thousand, and the incidence of infectious diseases was 0. 5 per cent. Conclusion: when the troops go to the disaster areas to carry out their tasks, they must carry out health and quarantine work after returning to camp, and the importance attached by the military and political leaders is the prerequisite for doing a good job in health and quarantine work, and it is also the key to do a good job in health and disease prevention in peacetime.
